WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Wayne Murray Properties is a one-stop, full service real estate company serving the greater Houston area from offices in Houston, Sugar Land, Katy and The Woodlands. Both the long-established and newer, highly trained Realtors who make up the sales team are prepared to provide all needed services in home search counseling, marketing, the closing process and other assistance necessary to fulfill their service to home buyers and sellers.

Before real estate, I owned an indoor sports facility called Hit-Away here in Texas. It was a hands-on business that taught me a lot about discipline, preparation, and the importance of doing things the right way, especially when people are counting on you.



That chapter of my life laid the foundation for what I do today.



I’ve now been a residential realtor in the Houston area for 19 years, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. Real estate isn’t just about transactions, it’s about trust, timing, and understanding what actually matters to each client.



I’m not interested in pressure or shortcuts. I believe in clear communication, honest guidance, and putting in the work long before anyone signs on the dotted line. The same work ethic that ran a business years ago is what I bring to every client relationship today.
